Required: Under-Graduate / Graduate in any discipline
Desirable: MBA – HR (Not Mandatory)
Experience: Fresher (Experience candidates shall be preferable)

Desired Candidate Profile:
– Should have excellent communication skills;
– Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while telephonic support will be provided;
– Gather and analyse information skilfully.

Job Responsibilities:
– Understand Job Description;
– Taking telephonic interviews;
– Identify the competencies required;
– Coordinate with client and candidate;
– Maintaining candidates’ database;
– Handling all queries of candidates / employers.
Compensation: Good Commissions on every Joining.
Shift Timings: No Fixed Hours Job (Required 1-2 Hours anytime in a day)
Age Limit: No Bar
