Your tasks

• You work on the specification, architecture and design of our embedded software
• You develop the firmware of our IoT hardware
• You put new prototypes into operation and evaluate new IoT sensors 
• You write technical documentation for the embedded software, work out test plans and develop automated tests

what you bring

• A degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
• Very good programming skills in C/C++ for microcontrollers
• Knowledge of embedded Linux and IoT-relevant communication protocols such as TCP/IP, 6LoWPAN, REST, MQTT, Bluetooth and ZigBee is an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working and analytical thinking skills
• Initiative and self-discipline
• good written and spoken English knowledge
