Your tasks:

• Tendering and construction management of maintenance and modernization measures
• Regular monitoring of the properties with regard to road safety
• Commissioning and billing of repair work
• Technical implementation of tenant change processes in the portfolio in connection with standard increases to improve the rentability
• Determination of maintenance and modernization needs for budget planning and energetic development of the housing stock
• Management of technical tenant correspondence on technical issues
• Coordination with authorities and processing of official requirements

Your requirements:

• Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture
• Practical experience in the housing industry and good knowledge of the construction industry
• Team-oriented and dedicated work
• Service-oriented behavior towards tenants
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Class B driver’s license
