Your tasks

As a caretaker (m/f/d) you look after service-oriented apartments, parking spaces, garages, commercial properties and other facilities in a district or as a stand-in. You will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:

• Observing and working towards compliance with the house rules owed according to the rental agreement (e.g. stairwell cleaning)
• Fulfillment of traffic safety obligations
• Holding tenant consultation hours
• Implementation of apartment inspections, apartment handovers and inspections, including the creation of reports and participation in apartment evictions
• Distribution of information material to tenants
• Outdoor work and rubbish removal
• Reading consumption meters
• Planning and implementation of minor repairs
• Maintenance and control of technical facilities and playground equipment
• Control of work carried out by external companies
